GPT engaged Wide Open Co to develop a template for a monthly Waste Watching Brief to be presented to both internal and external stakeholders.
We designed a flexible template solution for the monthly briefing document as well as a Quick Reference Guide for each State. Both documents present the complex information in a visually appealing and practical way. The use of the template and supporting assets have provided The GPT Group with cost effective ways to ensure they can sustain these communications as an ongoing publication.
The templates we designed also respect GPT's Environmental Sustainability Brand Guidelines. Consideration of readability led to the development of a mobile-friendly newsletter template and the desktop-friendly quick reference guides. We also developed a new eDM template on GPT's platform of choice, for monthly distribution.
This was the first digital publication released by the Sustainability Team and has lead to the development of a series of publications and communication pieces. This publication has been picked up by The GPT Group asset teams and is being distributed to tenants to keep them informed. Feedback is positive from both tenants and retailers. It is viewed as a conversation starter for relevant topics that affect the tenants. Sections within the report have also helped inform budget preparations.
Meghan and Kirsty have a special ability to interpret the brief and ask questions to deepen their knowledge in order to add value. I love how they get into the topic being communicated. The Wide Open Co team are extremely creative, responsive to timeframes and always meet my deadlines.
