Murray Nankivell and Associates are a long standing regional accounting firm based in South Australia. They have a reputation for excellence in service areas such as taxation, business advisory and financial planning, with a particular focus on Agri Accounting.
Murray Nankivell were not only looking for a style update for their website, but also an upgrade in functionality and an improved user experience. They asked us to ensure quick access to key focus areas, customisable subscriber options and online bookings. They wanted to concentrate on unique content and strip out unnecessary pages to streamline navigation and access to key information.
We started with a sitemap consultation to establish optimal navigation, page flow and functionality. We then created wireframes for all pages with basic navigation where any sitemap issues were ironed out.
From here we researched the best way to achieve the desired outcomes including third party software integrations. Murray Nankivell supplied website examples for exploration and design focus.
We created an interactive design of the site in Figma, ensuring Murray Nankivell could test and navigate the mockup to fully appreciate the site’s finer features. After feedback and design tweaks the site was built by our Webflow developer and content migration was undertaken. The site was fully tested by the team at Wide Open Co. to ensure adherence to the design and integrity of all site features, for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Murray Nankivell now has a website that is modern, accessible and easy to use. Featured links take users to frequently visited pages or sections. Insights, or blog posts, are a major feature of the site ensuring frequent updates with relevant content and strong SEO focus. Customisable subscription sign-ups ensure clients receive timely, relevant information. Online free consults are a hook for new clients in the financial services space. Also, online business advisory tools supply free add-on services. Case studies of satisfied clients provide real-world examples for potential clients within an easy to digest format including client-based video narratives.
